We are re-inventing the way businesses shop in Australia, and are focused on building Amazon into the largest and most innovative B2B store in the world. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses, large institutions (and everything in between) from every industry vertical.
As an Enterprise Marketing Manager for Amazon Business you will lead Growth Marketing and Field Marketing initiatives for Australia, working as the main Enterprise Marketing POC with the local Sales team and sales leaders. You will use your B2B experience to launch new customer acquisition, lead generation and nurture campaigns, working with a global marketing team to take best practices and launch in Australia.
The role will manage the expansion of the Field Marketing strategy through in-person local industry events and global events, like Amazon Business re:Shape, that attract and engage enterprises, startups, and Public Sector organisations.
You will focus on creating AU specific content, and work closely with the sales team to help them with qualified leads. You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Business in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role operates cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as our Sales Leaders, Sales Account Executives, internal business development, PR, product, and legal teams.
The role requires innovative thinking and a strong customer and quality focus. The right candidate also has strong writing, communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Sydney CBD location.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead weekly and quarterly business performance communication with Amazon Business Leadership, Sales Leaders and Central Marketing Leads.
- Lead Growth Marketing and Field Marketing initiatives for Amazon Business Australia.
- Launch New customer acquisition, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns.
- Launch initiatives to ensure complete launch of new customers, influencing Core feature adoption via marketing campaigns.
- Manage the expansion of the Field Marketing strategy through in-person local industry events and global events like Amazon Business
- Manage the creation of local relevant content to assist sales account executives in their sales motions.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
