Requirements:
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- 5+ years experience within the racking or shelving industry.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.
- Experience in sales leadership within the racking or shelving industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of retail and industrial sectors, with insight into automation project environments.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Existing network within major retailers (e.g. Coles, Costco, Woolworths, ALDI).
