Description:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will report to the Head of FP&A and support various teams in strategic decision making.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, and new initiatives
- Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and reporting enhancements
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified, and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, high transactions environment.
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering
- Background in financial services, or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
