Description:
This role will provide high level administration support to ensure seamless day to day day operations across the practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and formatting tax documents, reports, and client communications
- Coordinating ASIC annual reviews and company registry changes
- Liaising with the ATO and managing follow-ups
- Managing reception relief and client-facing communication
- Maintaining CRM and practice management systems
- Proofreading, editing, and ensuring document accuracy
- Assisting with workflow tracking and general team support
Requirements:
A successful Administration Assistant should have:

- Experience in a professional services environment ( ideally an accounting practise or similar)
- A strong sense of accountability and initiative
- High attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
- Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and modern cloud-based admin tools
