Description:
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment allocations.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and distribute customer statements and reports as required.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
