Description:

Working closely with experienced lawyers in the Property & Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing a range of conveyancing and property matters from end to end. This is a varied role with room to grow, and no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to settlement
  • Prepare contracts, settlement figures, and relevant legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
  • Use PEXA for electronic settlements
  • Assist with general property law administrative support as needed

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in conveyancing or property paralegal work (minimum 1 years preferred),
  • Skilled using PEXA and conveyancing software,
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused,
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach,
  • Able to work autonomously with strong communication skills,



Qualifications in conveyancing or legal studies are desirable but not essential for the right candidate with practical experience.
