Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the parts department, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts inventory and reduce costs
- Manage and mentor a team of parts professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of parts
- Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience in parts management, ideally within the automotive, industrial or heavy equipment sector
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence in using data to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
