Management Accountant (part-time or full-time)

Description:

• Manage financial operations, including oversight and reviewing of the finance team.
• Finance Business Partnering - working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure budget alignment.
• Handling of Financial Planning and Analysis, including variations on a monthly basis.
• Oversee payroll processing (reviewing).
• Ensure ongoing compliance to accounting standards.

Requirements:

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualified (preferred).
• Strong all-rounder accounting experience from a small to medium sized company.
• Experience working for a non-profit organisation highly desirable, but not essential.
• Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
