Position: ICT Business Analyst – Full-Time
Salary: $84,000 – $88,000 + Superannuation

Your Role
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse system requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for developers and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business processes, requirements, and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and propose technology-based solutions
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and technical teams to implement system changes
- Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and process maps
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support rollout activities
- Monitor and evaluate system performance post-implementation
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions align with objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an ICT Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
- Knowledge of Australian regulatory standards and data security best practices (preferred)
