What is the Role?As part of a team of committed and professional staff, reporting to the Head of Library (Secondary) and coordinating with the Head of Library Operations, you will be providing library services, including day-to-day operations and administration across the secondary library spaces in the Middle School Library. This is a permanent, 0.6 FTE term-time only position commencing immediately.
Who will the successful applicant be?
- Qualified with a Diploma in Library and Information Services (or equivalent) providing eligibility for membership to ALIA
- Experienced in library operations, Library Management Systems, library services, and circulation desk
- Eager to promote and inspire a community habit of lifelong reading
- Excellent in customer service
- A problem-solver who demonstrates initiative and creativity
- Capable of working in a multi-tasking role with competing priorities
