The Role
We have an exciting temporary part-time (0.8 FTE) Delivery Support Manager position available until 30 September 2025 (unless otherwise determined) to join our Faculty Operations, Senior College and Community Pathways team at TAFE Queensland's South Bank Campus.
As a Delivery Support Manager, you will Coordinate the activities of educational delivery support staff within the Senior College and Community Pathways team, with a focus on high quality, timely, effective and efficient student delivery support services. You will work closely with peers to ensure administrative practice, processes and quality of service is coordinated and consistent across campuses, and a continuity of service through optimisation of an agile workforce.
This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Salary
The salary range for a Delivery Support Manager is $82,195.86 - $89,169.00 (gross) per annum plus superannuation contributions of 12.75% of your salary.

Highly Desirable
Candidates who possess the following will be highly regarded:
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration, human resources or frontline management; or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience in managing large diverse administrative teams with a customer focus.
