Novis is a fast-growing, Australian-owned business specialising in the supply of healthcare equipment used primarily in Community, Aged Care, and Hospital settings. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our Victorian team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced BDM to contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic and well-established company in the healthcare medical equipment sector.
Reporting directly to the Vic State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving new business opportunities and increasing brand awareness throughout Victoria.
- Developing strong relationships with Occupational Therapists (OTs), aged care providers, hospitals, and key decision-makers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with dealers and resellers to expand our presence in the market.
- Managing a robust sales pipeline with a focus on exceeding revenue growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition targets
- Conducting in-services, training, and product demonstrations for current and potential customers
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Novis product solutions
- Preparing and delivering accurate quotes as part of the sales process
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
- Experience working with Occupational Therapists and clinicians in Aged Care and Hospital environments as well as B2B
- Strong results in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high standard of customer service and follow-through.
- A valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout Victoria.
