We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium lifestyle community designed for active, independent over-50s. This is a hands-on leadership role where your people skills, financial acumen, and operational expertise will help shape a welcoming and well-run village.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation + Bonuses
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

- Lead the Village : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, safety, and presentation of the community.
- Foster Connection : Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and service providers.
- Drive Financial Success : Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
- Stay Compliant : Uphold legislative and health & safety standards with confidence.
- Support Sales : Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Engage Locally : Represent the village in the broader Toowoomba community and support resident-led initiatives.
- Experience in lifestyle village, property, or community management.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (or willingness to learn).
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
