Position Classification: Physiotherapist Level 1 / Level 2
Remuneration: $73,427 - $104,753 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Cumberland and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
As part of the WSLHD Physiotherapy team, you will:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to patients
- Support patient recovery with person-centred treatment plans
- Contribute to planning, evaluation, and improvement of services
- Collaborate with allied health, nursing, and medical teams
- Manage your clinical caseload autonomously with guidance as needed
- Support and supervise physiotherapy students and assistants
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Follow NSW Health and WSLHD policies to ensure safe, ethical care

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: APHRA approved Physiotherapy degree
- Registration: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Ability to provide high quality clinical services across a broad range of clinical areas.
- Demonstrated effective written & verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills.
- Proven ability to apply evidence-based practice in clinical settings
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of Quality Improvement
- Demonstrated ability to respond to feedback and incorporate into clinical practice
