Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:
Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of houseProviding a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the saleContributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floorSupporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
Qualifications
You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or gamesEnthusiastic, passionate and highly motivatedCustomer focus and result drivenYou will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
