About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Care Quality Compliance, you will provide expert leadership and direction to Quality Advisors to embed robust quality assurance and compliance frameworks. Your work will ensure our services meet and exceed legislative requirements, internal policies, and TSA Quality Goals—helping us deliver the best possible care for the people we serve.

You will:

  • Lead National Quality Excellence : Be at the forefront of quality innovation across a respected provider’s diverse aged care network.

  • Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive auditing and benchmarking programs aligned with Aged Care and NDIS standards.

  • Manage accreditation processes, liaising with external bodies and driving continuous improvement.

  • Oversee clinical governance and risk frameworks, providing oversight of clinical reviews, incident management, and corrective action plans.

  • Drive data-informed quality initiatives and prepare key reports for executive stakeholders.

  • Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of excellence and compliance.

  • Prepare benchmarking reports and ensure reports are delivered to key stakeholders.

  • Actively participate in the development of target thresholds for clinical indicators and then project management key continuous improvements related to variances or risks identified against results vs thresholds .

About You

You are a seasoned quality leader with extensive experience in clinical governance, auditing, and benchmarking within aged care or disability services. Your strengths include:

  • Current AHPRA registration and strong clinical governance background

  • Proven ability to manage compliance, risk, and accreditation processes

  • Expertise in reporting, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement

  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams

  • Extensive experience in clinical governance, auditing, benchmarking and report writing.

  • Passion for person-centred, values-driven care
