Are you a results-driven Civil Superintendent or Senior Civil Supervisor with strong civil experience, which may include construction of roads, bridges, water infrastructure, energy and or demolition? Do you thrive on leading teams, delivering complex projects, and aligning field operations with business success?

We’re at an exciting point in the company's history, and we are now seeking a dynamic Civil Superintendent to lead our team of Supervisors for delivery of multiple projects across Tasmania. From planning to handover, your impact will be felt across every phase of construction, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and performance.

This is a state-wide management role where you will be accountable for the performance of your direct reports and assigned projects, working collaboratively with Clients, the Construction Manager and Project Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects from establishment to demobilisation
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Project Supervisors
  • Drive site safety, compliance, quality control, and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and project timelines to achieve commercial targets
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve project challenges proactively

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership managing civil construction teams across multiple sites
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS laws, building codes, and environmental standards
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder
  • Ability to understand budgets, variations, and contractual obligations
  • Awareness of quality Specifications and QA/QC processes
  • Trade certificate or machine operator licences
