Your new companyOur client, a successful company specialising in electrical and renewable energy projects, is recruiting a talented Project Manager to join their team in Darwin.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time permanent role based in Darwin.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop project planning including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including Trades and Contractors.
Monitor project delivery including quality, budget, safety, and compliance, ensuring all contract requirements and industry standards are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, and permits.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in Project Management in energy, electrical or construction projects.
Significant experience in managing Trades.
Previous experience in the solar or electrical contracting industry is desirable but not essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
