TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA construction group to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a $90M commercial project south of the river. This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile build from start to finish, backed by a supportive team and a contractor that invests in its people.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations to ensure program, budget, and quality targets are met
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Drive WHS compliance and foster a strong safety culture
- Identify and resolve site challenges to maintain progress
- Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail in all finishes
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial or high-rise projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving ability
- Sound knowledge of WA construction standards and WHS compliance
- Perth-based experience essential
- Full Australian working rights
- Up to $190K + Super + Vehicle (negotiable based on experience)
