SOS Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Supervisor to become a pivotal member of our client’s operations and oversee and manage projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations on civil construction sites.

Lead and manage teams of workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specifications.

Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Read and interpret construction plans and ensure work aligns with project designs.

Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

Monitor resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maintain efficiency.

Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor (installing mains water connections).

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).

Current driver’s license and White Card (or equivalent).
