Description:
The Hotel Grand Chancellor is currently looking for casual experienced Chef de Partie's who are looking to grow and develop their career.
You need to be able to work morning shifts completing a minimum of 2 breakfast shifts per week.
Own transport is essential for the position to be able to commence at 5.30am.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Minimum 5 years’ kitchen experience

Proven experience in banquets, a la carte’, breakfast and buffets (highly desirable)

Experience in hotels (highly desirable)
-
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
-
Experience in maintaining a high standard of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
-
Sound knowledge of OH&S in kitchen operations and food standards

Have the ability to work at a fast pace with strong attention to the finer details

Ensure food preparation, cooking and presentation are of the highest standards
