The Role:
Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of specialised civil, electrical, plumbing, rail and other utility products. They are seeking a switched-on and dynamic Customer service/Admin Assistant with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Answering phone calls
-
Understanding customer requirements - products, orders, queries
-
Following up clients and customers
-
Converting quotes into sales
-
Putting together revenue data charts and reports
-
Data entry, filing, end of month
-
Managing email inquiries
-
Other admin duties as requested
Essential Criteria:

Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment

Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
