TEN Recruitment is seeking two experienced Site Managers to lead the delivery of industrial projects in Perth’s northern and southern suburbs. With work already locked in and a strong support team in place, this is a great opportunity to join a builder that values consistency and on-site leadership. Your Role:
- Run day-to-day site operations from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, trades, materials, and scheduling
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
- Keep clear records and liaise closely with project stakeholders
- Site management experience in industrial or tilt-up construction
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Confident leadership style with a focus on WHS and delivery
- Full Australian working rights and local Perth project experience
- $130K – $150K + Super depending on experience
- Permanent, full-time roles with long-term project visibility
- Strong team culture and backing from an experienced delivery group
- Projects located in Joondalup and Mandurah – no FIFO required
