Description:
This is your chance to join a respected, Perth-based home builder known for efficient builds and exceptional client service. This dual role offers variety—handling both prestart consultations and contract administration in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through their prestart selections with a balance of style and budget
- Prepare contract documentation, variations, and client packs
- Liaise with internal teams (drafting, estimating, scheduling) to ensure a smooth client experience
- Manage developer guidelines, permits, and relevant approvals
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout pre-construction
- Provide support with finance approvals and local development requirements
- Experience in prestart and/or contract admin roles in residential construction
- Strong understanding of the building process and related documentation
- Great attention to detail, with strong admin and MS Office skills
- Confident communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Click Homes is a plus
