We are seeking a proactive, efficient and customer centric Parts Interpreter to join our team in Perth Airport!
As the face of our department, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries face to face and over the phone, interpreting and identifying vehicle parts, processing orders and transactions, and coordinating the delivery of parts with suppliers.
This is a permanent, full-time role where you will work closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our department.
Duties

Provide timely and expert parts advice to customers, face to face and over the phone

Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues

Process orders, handle transactions and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Actively collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the parts departments

Continuously maintain current knowledge of parts inventory and availability

We are offering an hourly rate between $30.00 - $36.00/ hour (based on your skills/ experience) + super + monthly commission

Criteria

Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive or heavy equipment industries
