TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established WA contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major new commercial development in North Perth. This is a prime opportunity to lead delivery on a high-profile project with autonomy, backed by a capable, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met
- Manage subcontractors, trades, materials, and scheduling
- Liaise with the Project Manager and consultants to resolve issues and keep delivery on track
- Lead WHS initiatives and maintain high site standards
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation throughout the build
- Proven experience managing commercial builds valued at $20M+
- Strong leadership in site operations, WHS, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Perth-based project experience is essential
- Full Australian working rights
- $200K + Super, depending on experience
