We’re a small, but mighty team roasting incredible coffee beans and sharing them with the world—and now we’re looking for a talented Accounts Administrator/All-rounder to start immediately!
This is a permanent, part-time position based at our Myaree Roastery & Showroom.
The role will be either 3 full days per week or 5 days per week (school hours) - Approximately 20-25 hours/week.
What You’ll Do:

Bring a positive energy to the office assisting with all day-to-day accounting duties and operations and ensuring everything runs smoother than a perfect espresso shot.

Client liaising is key to this role, so you will be customer facing helping with taking orders, to booking freight, to all the standard bookkeeping duties including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Bank Reconciliation's. Some experience with accounts is essential.

Support the sales team by nurturing client relationships, tracking leads, and helping us grow our customer base.

Confident with excel and able to dive into data and help create reports to keep us organized and on track, from production guides to inventory to weekly & monthly customer insights.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and improve efficiency.
Who You Are:

You have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounts administration, and experience with Xero.
Experience within a small business would be favourable.

Creative, driven, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table (and the roastery).

Tech-savvy, with a knack for tools like Outlook, Excel & CRM platforms.

Passionate about coffee (ideally) and excited to work with a team that’s obsessed with quality.
