Our client is currently seeking a new Store Manager for their Belmont Forum location!

The Role:
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and a keen eye for street fashion? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be based at their Belmont Forum store whilst overseeing the operations and driving the highest standards of customer service, merchandising, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise shrinkage
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Conduct regular floor walks to provide support, coaching, and feedback to store teams
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development
