About The Role
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Deputy Office Supervisor in our fast-paced clinic located at FMIG Sunshine on a full-time basis. This is a great role for someone ready to take their administrative experience to the next level with a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Supervisor with their daily duties to lead the admin team
- Leadership and training support to reception teams
- Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
You Will Have
- Strong customer service and patient focus skills
- Experience having worked as a senior medical receptionist or a 2IC
- Ability to support a manager/leader and confident to step into running a clinic if need be
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services is highly desirable
