About the Position

Multhana Property Services are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Administrative Assistant to work alongside the managing director. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to grow into a sales career. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office while also learning the fundamentals of the sales process, including customer service, lead generation, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations

  • Manage correspondence, data entry, filing, and scheduling

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and sales documents

  • Maintain accurate records and client databases

  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for sales staff

Sales Trainee Duties:

  • Learn product/service knowledge to support sales activities

  • Assist in prospecting and qualifying new leads

  • Support sales team with client follow-ups and order processing

  • Shadow Managing director to understand the sales cycle

  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and quotes

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous office or customer service experience is an asset

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Willingness to learn sales techniques and industry knowledge

  • Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
