As a Personal Care Worker (AIN) you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Bardon.

Things that work for us:
- Availability to work on a part time permanent basis. Flexible to do AM PM and Night.
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential
- Experience in an aged care environment
- Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
- Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
