About the Role
At Strait Link, as Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth within our Industry. You’ll identify new business opportunities, design innovative solutions, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on Strait Link’s market presence while contributing to exciting, fast-paced projects. Being a direct face to face sales role, engaging in B2B transactions and accounts, the role needs someone with significant experience in the Sales area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Protect and grow the existent portfolio of account's
- Manage and develop key relationships across portfolio
- Identify and grow share of wallet opportunities
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities within your market

- You’re proactive and resilient with issues and see service failures as opportunities to strengthen relationships.

- You’re confident using systems and data to monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement
- You have minimum 3 years' experience working in a sales role with, ideally, a Transport and Logistics background
