Job DescriptionWe have up to 10 positions available for Mill Labourer's in Export Fodder Production in Greenock, SA. Work is due to start mid August and is expected to go for up to 4 years. You will be paid as a Level 1, Full Time Employee under the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award, 2020.
Hourly Rates apply. There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award, 2020 award The position is for Mill Labourer's in Export Fodder Production and will include but not limited to tasks such as
- Production line work
- Producing chaff and bagging
- Operating steam cutter
- General house Keeping duties
This position requires the availability for shift work over 6 days per week from Monday to Saturday, though this may change from time to time, where Sunday may be required. Two shifts will be available with Morning 7am-3pm & Afternoon 3pm-11pm, though this may change from time to time. You will work a minimum of 38 hours weekly.

Selection Criteria:
- Must be strong and physically fit – Be able to lift heavy items.
- Must have good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and learn and apply new processes quickly.
- Be a great team player
- Ability to acquire good speed and meet deadlines
- Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Be able to work in a hot and fast-pace environment
- Need Mechanical Aptitude
