About you:
You are adaptable, resilient, and prioritize the needs of participants. With a minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Individual Supports, you have experience supporting individuals with exceptional behavioral needs. Your role involves assisting with daily activities in supported accommodation, such as meals, personal care, domestic tasks, and community engagement. This hands-on position requires active individuals who are dedicated to building genuine relationships with both participants and colleagues.
Qualifications
• Minimum Certificate III or equivalent.
• Medication Administration Accreditation
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Manual Handling Training
• First Aid and CPR
• Any additional trainings such as PEG/Bowel/Diabetes is an advantage
• 100 Points ID
Schedule:
• Day shift- 7 am - 3 pm / 6am - 2pm
• Afternoon shift - 3pm - 11pm / 2 pm - 10 pm, combined with passive nights
• Rotating Weekends
• Shifts rotate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, based on business requirements

Your tasks may include but not be limited to the following:
• Providing personalized care and support to NDIS participants, including personal hygiene; meal preparation; medication; and activities of daily living.
• Implementing positive behaviour support plans and crisis intervention strategies
• Provide emotional and practical support to participants according to their individual needs.
• Monitor participant’s progress and report any changes or concerns as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements
