About the Team
The My Plan Manager Group Technology Team designs, develops, supports and manages the Technology platforms and capabilities for our staff, clients and providers. Our goal is to establish and maintain industry-leading service offerings while maintaining the highest standards of cyber security and compliance.
About the role
As a systems analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our application suite meets the operational needs of our business. This includes triaging, investigating and resolving service and support requests relating to the My Plan Manager Group application suite.
You will collaborate with our other technology streams where necessary to ensure that upcoming events and changes are managed effectively, and our business stakeholders are prepared and supported throughout the implementation and ongoing use.
A critical function of our systems analysis team is to ensure that our applications and data are within operational tolerances, when required this includes the capability to execute predefined or custom data-repair scripts. This component of the role provides an opportunity to expand your exposure to development practices and will establish a career pathway to software development or management
