We are looking for a highly driven OT that thrives on working independently and have the passion to help and support our paediatric clients as well as contribute to the positive culture that our team already has It is desirable to understand and be able to interpret a variety of psychometric screening tools such as the Vineland Adaptive Behavioural Scale, PEDI-CAT, Sensory Profile, Beery Visual Motor Integration (just to name a few) You will have an understanding of various assessments within the NDIS that include (but not limited to) SIL, SDA, ILO and a general FCA

You will be proven to be able to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends. Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role

You will have the opportunity to mentor other clinicians based on your level of expertise (if this is something you desire to do) To be successful:

Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution

Current driver's licence and registered vehicle AHPRA Registration
