If you're passionate about people, progress and process, this is the role for you. This client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support a large team on site.
Your new role
- Coordinate and schedule training activities in line with project timelines
- Organise travel, meetings, and events for training delivery
- Support onboarding of new team members and liaising with external vendors
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoicing for training services
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational needs
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is highly regarded.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrives in a dynamic team environment.
- Previous experience in mining, resources, or large-scale project environments is desirable.
