Immediately available HR Advisor required for CBD fixed term contract
Our client is a global resources organisation based in the Perth CBD.
Due to a new technological project, they are requiring the expertise of a qualified and experienced generalist HR Advisor to join their small, proactive team.
You will be responsible for a specific portfolio of employees within the business with respect to supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Managing the probation process
- Provision of advice related to all employee relations, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary and conflict resolution.
- Interpretation of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Supporting all annual cyclical activities including performance appraisals, talent management and remuneration reviews
- Providing training needs analysis and supporting learning and development
- Supporting design, development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- HR analytics and reporting
This position will be offered on the basis of a nine-month fixed-term contract, and it is essential that you possess full working rights for Australia, are currently based in Perth and have a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
An immediate start is required for this position.
