What We’re Looking For:
A confident, experienced barista who knows their way around a coffee machine
Positive attitude and great communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays
Excellent customer service – friendly, reliable, and approachable!
Must have Australian working rights/valid visa, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
Assisting with café setup, food prep, and general service
Keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming
Interacting with local and international guests – no two days are the same!
Supporting café promotions and daily operations
