About the role:

We are seeking a positive and hard-working person to join our growing team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This role would suit anyone looking to undertake, or currently undertaking, a Bachelor of Laws and seeking to obtain hands on experience in the legal industry.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Reception duties (answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, email distribution)

  • Data entry

  • File opening/closing and attending to file administrative requirements

  • Filing

  • Assisting with file management and general administrative tasks as directed

  • Deliveries, including mail and banking

  • Maintaining office tidiness

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication qualities

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Strong computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook etc

  • Current drivers licence

  • Enthusiasm to work in a team environment, with ability to work without supervision where required
