Carinity – Fairfield Grange is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join the team. The Grounds and Maintenance Officer carries out building and equipment maintenance as well as ensuring the service’s gardens and grounds are in a presentable condition in different sites. The role demonstrates a problem-solving approach to planning, implementation, and evaluation of work situations.
This role requires availability between 7:00AM and 3:06PM.
What do I need for the role?
- Knowledge and/or significant experience in the maintenance, carpentry or building field
- Knowledge of and experience in gardening and groundskeeping
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Standards and requirements relevant to the role
- Ability to use a ride on mower and tractor
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, planning and prioritising work
