What You Will Do
You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, through developing strong customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
As the face of Scania, you will:
Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers Checking in their vehiclesMaking service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania softwareUpdating customers - great communication skillsInvoicing of completed work ordersReturn keys to customerBooking courtesy carsGeneral administrative dutiesPlanner experience required but not essential (training is provided)Accuracy with data entry
Who You Are
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good computer skillsEffective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skillsStrong abilities in time management, organisation and administrationAbility to think on your feet and show initiative
