Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Accurately feed linen into high-speed ironer lines (e.g., sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths).

Align corners and edges precisely to ensure proper folding downstream.

Maintain correct tempo and rhythm to match machine speed and minimize stoppages.

Inspect for stains, holes, or damage before feeding pull aside rejects for rewash or repair.

Communicate with team members on ironer line (folders, stackers, catchers) to manage flow.

Maintain high standards of feeding to avoid wrinkles, misfolds, or skewed stacking.

Escalate consistent feed-related issues to maintenance or production leads.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

At shift end or job change over, assist with cleaning ironer belts, rollers, or vacuum systems.
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.

Previous experience in a laundry or cleaning role is preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Basic communication skills for reporting and coordination.
