Description:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams to address and resolve any customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the system.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers when required.
- Assist in managing customer complaints and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A successful Customer Service Officer should have:
- Previous experience (1-2 years minimum) in a customer service or data entry preferably
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order processing.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer issues.
