About the Position:
As Senior Associate in the Real Estate & Construction – Commercial team, you’ll advise on leasing and property transactions across retail, commercial and industrial portfolios. You’ll manage matters end-to-end, draft and negotiate lease agreements under the Retail Leases Act, collaborate with senior practitioners and grow your business development capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ post-admission property leasing & transactional experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation & commercial legal acumen
- Proficiency with PEXA and solid knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
