About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this full-time leadership position is pivotal to ICORP’s national expansion plans. You will be responsible for the complete business development lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and qualifying leads, through to preparing high-impact tender submissions and achieving sales revenue targets.
The role suits a highly organised, solutions-focused professional who thrives in both strategy and execution, with strong commercial acumen and exceptional writing skills. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities aligned with ICORP’s core services and growth strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process: assess bid suitability, determine scope alignment, coordinate internal stakeholders, and independently craft persuasive, compliant submissions.
- Design and maintain professional business templates and marketing materials including capability statements, proposals, and corporate presentations.
- Establish and deliver against measurable sales revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers including procurement teams, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders.
- Strengthen ICORP’s market positioning through brand development initiatives, digital outreach, and tailored campaigns.
- Leverage CRM and sales analytics tools to manage pipeline visibility, sales performance, and ROI metrics.
- Provide regular reporting, market insights, and strategic recommendations directly to the Managing Director.
About You

- Demonstrated success leading complex tender submissions across public and private sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Outstanding communication and business writing skills with the ability to create compelling, error-free proposals and client documentation.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial evaluation capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and structured, with a proactive approach to deadlines and deliverables.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools.
