Job DescriptionAn immediate start is required for this Government role based on the Gold Coast. We are seeking a candidate who can provide a broad range of project financial services, including accounts payable, receivable, month-end processes, and financial reconciliations to support accurate project tracking and reporting. Key duties:
Monitor project and operational financials to ensure correct charges are applied according to work orders Manage supplier transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, payments, and resolving supplier enquiries and complaints Month end reporting and analysis of financial data
Maintain and update financial and administrative data in SAP and other internal systems. Manage employee timesheets and ensure correct allowances and entitlements are applied according to awards, work agreements and departmental policies Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in finance or bookkeeping Confident with Microsoft Excel Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage
Payroll knowledge is highly desirable Strong attention to detail This is a 5-month temporary full-time role based in Nerang, 36 hours per week, with potential for extension.
