A full time Warehouse and Tradeshop Operator role has become available at our Gillman site in South Australia . We are looking for someone who is reliable, physically fit, and an active self-starter who is willing to learn all aspects of our industry.

Responsibilities- Receive and store packaged goods.
- Pick and arrange delivery of customer orders and branch transfers in accordance with the branch requirements.
- Perform repack and transfer of materials into pail and drum SKU as required.
- Perform pigment and resin mixing as required for customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks daily.
- Participate in Stocktake and Cyclic counting of warehouse materials to maintain accurate inventory.
- Process paperwork associated with receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Update and maintain computer records.
- Fully comply with allnex and industry Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and operational procedures.
- Provide service to Point of Sale customers at the trade counter.
- Provide customers with a high quality of contact, in order to meet their needs including placement of orders, deliveries, inquiries, and problem solving.
- Receive and follow up customer inquiries, problems and complaints through to completion and resolution, or refer them to appropriate personnel.
- Strive to build successful relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Current forklift license and ability to operate.
- Familiar with warehouse operation procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge in Dangerous Goods is advantageous.
- Understanding in Microsoft Office applications and SAP is an added advantage.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
- High School level Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or experience in complying with dangerous goods regulations and hazardous materials storage is advantageous.
