The Role
- Manage day-to-day site delivery—budget, schedule, safety
- Implement and monitor quality management systems on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with plans, specs, OH&S standards
- Maintain client/stakeholder communication
- Report site progress and KPIs to management
The Criteria
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction or Building
- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Strong communication, leadership and organisation skills
- Proven safety and quality assurance focus
- Experience managing subcontractors and working to a tight program
- Australian permanent residency required
