With a strong presence in Australia, they are now expanding their HR tech capability through cutting-edge implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
The Role
A new opportunity exists for a skilled Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation. Based in Sydney, this role will see you playing a critical part in the configuration, delivery, and enhancement of high-impact HR solutions for a range of enterprise customers.
This is an exciting chance to work on multiple end-to-end implementations with one of the industry’s leading teams, while also staying ahead of the curve through regular platform upgrades and continuous learning.
You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- 4–5 end-to-end implementations in Employee Central and Compensation
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC and Compensation/Variable Pay
- Hands-on skills in MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, Data Models, Events, and RBP
- Expertise in Compensation templates, route maps, approval steps, and custom calculations
- Experience in integrations with EC Payroll and related systems
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of HR business processes, talent management, and compliance
- Experience in incident handling, strategic blueprinting, and proactive solution monitoring
- Knowledge of Intelligent Services, Time & Attendance modules
- Experience in presales discovery workshops and customer engagement
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and offer consultative insights
